Hello, I’m Fuad (pronounced Fowad)! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with eighteen years of experience in the wellness field.
My mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through nutrition counseling and education using evidence-based nutrition and exercise science. My formal background in fitness combined with a functional approach to nutrition is the foundation to my nutrition counseling.
Everyone is unique in regard to their individual body type, physical abilities, health history and nutritional needs. Therefore, I will collaborate with you to create an individualized care plan that is client-centered to help you thrive physically and emotionally.

The cost of a visit depends on the your insurance plan. Visit my booking link, click on “Get Your Price,” then enter your details for an estimated price. The information used for this tool comes directly from the insurance company, so pricing estimate is usually more accurate than even calling insurance.

80% of insurance claims come back within a week, which is when you will be charged if you have a co-pay. You also may be charged up to 30 days following your appointment depending on the insurance claim. You’ll be kept informed via email. Claims tend to come back faster when weekly sessions with clients are booked.
